• Dissertation Structure – Dissertation must be written in the format and structure prescribed by their university, college or course.
• Presentation - Dissertation must be written in proper language and must be grammatically, logically & technically correct. Dissertation must be written in active voice and present tense.
• Definitions and terms - Each technical term must be defined by reference to a definition used earlier or by a definition that is used before the term. All definitions and terms should be defined precisely.
• Terms and phrases to be avoided – Dissertation must not include jokes, qualitative & moral judgments, weak & ambiguous phrases, and colloquialisms & undefined technical jargons. Students must avoid self-assessment in the dissertation.
• Conclusion – Dissertation must consist of a conclusion with necessary evidence.
