2007 “In the beginning…”

Unlike most writing companies, our started with sentimental ex-graduate students reluctant to abandon academia. Our liabilities consisted of no business plan, office, technology, or staff. Our assets were limited to our newly published dissertations and Master’s degrees, a passion for writing, commitment to students, and a thirst for new knowledge.

We contacted offshore experts, and serviced our first hundreds of clients; our writing company was in business! Our friendly and creative corporate culture evoked, from the first, a unique blend of study hall, studio, and research center.

2008 Eventually we get organized…

Despite false steps, the organizational structure of our writing company crystallized. Our expert corps is undergirded by departments of Quality Assurance, Billing, Information Technology, and Support. Along with developing more than a dozen varieties of writing services, we acquired a real office. Our Egyptian Mau cat accompanied us as mascotand “CEO”.

2009 Growing like Topsy!

This year we re-designed our crucial virtual ‘accommodations’ –
our website. Our writing service company surpassed the
milestone of 5,000 clients, and 300 experts.
A marketing department updated our
customers.

2010 Growing and greening

Staffing grows in size and complexity.
We’ve gone “green”, using recycled paper and
public transit.

Today, as a full-fledged player among online writing companies, we’re never complacent regarding possible operational improvements. However, revelation of our ambitious plans must await the ripeness of time, to avoid spoiling the surprise.
